Four buildings slated for far East Side parcel

A master plan for four buildings, a public park, and an ice rink on part of a nine-acre site near the United Nations was filed last week to the city. The plan is part of a four-parcel property between 35th and 41st streets on the far East Side. Developer Sheldon Solow bought the parcels from Con Edison in a deal approved last year. more [NYT]
