The winning bidder to develop a full-block site owned by the New York Law School has reportedly walked away from the project. Tishman Speyer Properties had won the bid to redevelop the site bounded by Worth, Church, and Leonard streets and West Broadway into what could be a 306,155-square-foot residential tower.
