Prices slashed as 107 Avenue A sales stall

Sales are reportedly slow to non-existent at 107 Avenue A, a 10-unit condo in the gentrifying environs of Alphabet City. The building has been on the market since Labor Day, with only two sales both privately done by developer Gary Vinbaytel and not by brokers.
