Chelsea office building going condo

A condo conversion is planned for the 12-story 140 West 22nd Street in Chelsea. Cronus Capital and Vintage Group recently bought the approximately 70,000-square-foot commercial building, occupied by mostly media and entertainment companies, for $27 million, according to Besen & Associates, who brokered the deal for the buyers and for seller Broadway 41st Street Realty Corporation.
