Hoping buyers pine for Armani interiors

Sales are expected to start by the end of January at 20 Pine Street, the old offices of Chase Manhattan Bank that are being converted into luxury condos by Shaya Boymelgreen
and Lev Leviev. The two partnered last year on the condos of 15 Broad Street. The condos of 20 Pine will go for about $1,020 a square foot and will feature interior designs by Armani/Casa, a firm controlled by Giorgio Armani. more [NYT]
