Developers continue to stream into the Mott Haven and Port Morris in the South Bronx. They’re drawn, in part, by both the promise of converting industrial space to residential and the buzz that has built up over an area some in real estate have dubbed SoBro. New developments include a five-story, 185-unit rental being built from the remnants of warehouses on East 134th Street and Bruckner Boulevard in Port Morris. more [NYDN]
