The city’s hotel industry may very well record its healthiest year ever when the clock strikes midnight tomorrow. In November, the average daily price of a hotel room in the city hit $292. The average is expected to be even higher for December, meaning the city should easily trump the previous yearlong record average of $237 a night set in 2000.
