Average Queens home price up in November

The average sales price of a Queens home held steady from October through November at about $475,000, according to data from the Multiple Listing Service of Long Island. The median price of a Queens home declined slightly from October to November, to just above $450,000. Both the median and the average, however, stood well above the prices for November 2004. The median price then was about $380,000 and the average was $400,000.
