Staten Island house prices creep upward in ’05

Even the city’s remotest borough saw housing price spikes last year. The median sales price for all types of Staten Island’s housing for the 11 months ending Nov. 30 was $399,000, up 14 percent from $350,000 during the same period in 2004, according to recent data from the Staten Island Board of Realtors.
