Chinese firm leases 200,000sf in 7 World Trade

Beijing Vantone Real Estate Company will lease the 200,000 square feet occupying the top five floors of 7 World Trade Center, the largest lease so far in the 52-story tower that’s expected to open in March. The five floors will include offices and an executive club as well as other services for Chinese businesses headquartered there.
