Club may try to nix record air rights deal

Some members of the Grolier Book Club are considering getting legal counsel to break the deal the club struck in November with Zeckendorf Realty for air rights above the club. The Grolier got about $6.9 million for its 16,000 square feet of air, but some members think that that price was too low. Zeckendorf, for its part, considers the record deal closed. more [NYT]
