The owners of Madison Square Garden are reportedly close to an agreement with two developers to move the arena one block west to a new $750 million home on Ninth Avenue. That would put it on the western half of the block-long James A. Farley post office building, which is set to become the Moynihan Station transit hub. more [NYT]
