Major tenants secured for new Bronx retail hub

The Related Companies secured three major tenants for The Hub, its new, two-level building at Third Avenue between 154th and 156th streets in the South Bronx. Forman Mills will rent 42,400 of the 170,000 available square feet; Rite Aid will rent 16,245 feet; and Staples will rent 18,000 square feet. All three will rent on the ground floor.
