A new report shows a decline in attendance at open houses in Manhattan. Average open house attendance for the Sundays from Feb. 19 through March 12 was 13.7 percent lower than the average attendance during the Sundays of the previous four weeks, according to the report released Tuesday afternoon by Barak Realty, a boutique brokerage on the Upper West Side. (Sunday, Feb. 12, because of the blizzard, was excluded from the report.) The report’s conclusions were drawn from tracking attendance at 12 different properties brokered by Barak. By Tom Acitelli
