Ratner @ court over phony Atlantic Yards emails

Developer Bruce Ratner has filed a lawsuit in U.S. District Court in Brooklyn claiming that someone opposed to his Atlantic Yards project has been sending insulting emails in Ratner’s name to at least one prominent Brooklyn resident. The lawsuit claims that the emails are an attempt to undermine public support for the project, which would include a new arena for Ratner’s New Jersey Nets. more [Sun]
