Touting a Time Warner Center in Tribeca

The new 101 Warren Street is being touted as a Tribeca version of the Time Warner Center. The residential-and-retail complex two blocks north of Ground Zero will feature the same architect as the Time Warner Center as well as a Whole Foods at its base — just like the Columbus Circle development. And Louise Sunshine, who spearheaded the sales and marketing at the Time Warner Center, is handling the same for 101 Warren Street. more [NYT]
