Talks between the different sides involved in the debate over development at the World Trade Center site started again over the weekend, and more formal discussions are expected by mid-week. That’s according to one source. Another — this one on the side of site leaseholder Larry Silverstein — said, however, that there’s been little contact since last week between Silverstein and the Port Authority, which owns the site. more [Post] Meanwhile, Silverstein has reportedly started reaching out to Eliot Spitzer, the state Attorney General likely to be elected the next governor of New York.
