Deal on World Trade Center site still elusive

As the board of the Port Authority meets today, a deal between it and developer Larry Silverstein over redevelopment at the World Trade Center site still proves elusive. Talks between Silverstein, the site leaseholder, and the Port Authority, the site’s owner, continued into Wednesday night, particularly over the fate of the proposed Freedom Tower. more [NYT]
