Toll Brothers plans 1,000 condos in New York

Toll Brothers, the national construction company that perfected McMansions in suburbia, is coming to New York City in a fairly big way. The company is looking to build 1,000 condos on at least five different sites in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens. more [NYT]
