City seeks proposals for Sheepshead Bay lot

To keep up with Sheepshead Bay‘s population growth, the city’s Parks Department plans to seek proposals from developers interested in a long-vacant, department-owned lot on Emmons Avenue between Knapp and Brigham streets.
