Brooklyn condo planned near Manhattan Bridge

A 400-foot tower for 220 condos is planned for the corner of Myrtle Avenue and the Flatbush Avenue Extension near the Manhattan Bridge in Brooklyn. The land use committee of the local community board recently approved the sale of city land at the corner to BFC Partners.
