Tenants holding up Macklowe conversion plans

Two commercial tenants are holding out from leaving two properties recently acquired for $500 million total by Harry Macklowe. There’s one hold-out each at a site anchored by 510 Madison Avenue and at the Drake Hotel at 56th Street and Park Avenue.
