Four-tower complex proposed in Williamsburg

A former congressman and Bronx borough president wants to build a massive four-tower residential complex in a low-rise part of Williamsburg. Herman Badillo and his partners told area residents at a community board meeting last week that they want to build the biggest of the four towers on Bedford Avenue between North Third and North Fourth Streets.
