Toll Brothers lowers home sales forecast

One of the nation’s biggest homebuilders has lowered the forecast for the number of homes it expects to sell this year. Announcing today that its orders declined 32 percent in its fiscal second quarter, which ended April 30, Toll Brothers said it will reduce its new homes forecast by 200 for the rest of the year. more [WSJ]
