Real estate pros among city’s “influentials”

It’s no secret that some of the most influential New Yorkers are in real estate. New York magazine gives a nod to several, in particular, including Louise Sunshine, Donald Trump, David Walentas, Stephen Ross, and the founders of PropertyShark.com. The magazine also cites what it calls “neighborhood changers” such as Pam Liebman (for the Corcoran Group’s work in Fort Greene) and Columbia University president Lee Bollinger for that school’s influence in Morningside Heights and Harlem. more [New York]
