Harlem piers construction moving forward

Construction is under way on a new set of piers on the Harlem waterfront. The $18.7 million publicly funded project is scheduled to produce by next spring two piers on the Hudson River between St. Clair Place and West 135th Street — one for water taxis and boats, the other for recreation. more [NYT]
