U.S. median home price drops in first quarter

A new report says that the median price for a U.S. home dropped in the first three months of 2006. The median price tumbled 3.3 percent from the fourth quarter of 2005 through the first quarter of this year, according to the National Association of Realtors, which surveyed 149 markets for its report released Monday. more [CNN/Money]
