Lawsuit filed over Brooklyn Bridge Park

Residents at opposite ends of the planned Brooklyn Bridge Park filed a lawsuit this week in Brooklyn Supreme Court. They contend that neighbors in the middle of the park sold them out by agreeing to allow private housing within the parkland. more [Daily Eagle]
