Developer drops out of Willets Point redesign

One of the developers picked in March by the city to redesign Willets Point in Queens into a destination retail and entertainment hub has apparently backed out. Vornado Realty Trust was one of eight finalists for the job, along with the Related Companies, Muss Development, and Forest City Ratner. more [Sun]
