Co-op donates sales money to Central Park
The 25-story 110 Central Park South is being converted into a co-op — and 0.5 percent from the sale of every unit there will be donated to the Central Park Conservancy. Anbau Enterprises is doing the conversion and the Sunshine Group is directing the sales and marketing. Why the donations?
