Coney Island construction to start in ’07

Construction on major changes in Coney Island is at least 18 months away, but developer Thor Equities wants to tout the changes already. They include high-tech arcades, a glass-enclosed water park, hotels, restaurants, and waterfront condominiums. more [NYT]
