One Exchange Place sells for $82M

One Exchange Plaza in Lower Manhattan has changed hands for $82 million, or $273 a square foot. The 32-story, Class A, post-Modernist building at 55 Broadway has tenants like Bank of Communications, LaBranche & Company, and the Kellogg Group.
