Construction kingpin barred from WTC site

The owner of a major construction company behind the World Trade Center site redevelopment has been banned from the site. Dino Tomassetti Sr., owner of Laquila Construction, is under indictment for illegal union payoffs. His son, however, recently won the central contract for excavation and foundation work at the World Trade Center site. more [NYT]
