Silverstein to Vantone: Still no on 7 WTC

There’s apparently little love lost between Chinese real estate firm Beijing Vantone and 7 World Trade Center landlord Larry Silverstein. Vantone wants back in at the tower and has even produced the letter of credit that Silverstein demanded as part of a lease agreement for the top floors. But Silverstein, who cancelled the agreement earlier this month over the missing letter of credit, has proposed that Vantone move into the nearby Freedom Tower instead. more [Post]
