Would-be Atlantic Yards developer Bruce Ratner’s lobbying costs in the last six months have nearly doubled to $358,000, with most of that extra money going to the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson. That firm employs Stephen Lefkowitz, a former lawyer for the Empire State Development Corporation, the state agency which is now deciding the fate of the Atlantic Yards project. more [Post]
