Former ESDC lawyer lobbies for Ratner

Would-be Atlantic Yards developer Bruce Ratner’s lobbying costs in the last six months have nearly doubled to $358,000, with most of that extra money going to the law firm of Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson.
