575 Lexington Avenue sells for $400M

Larry Silverstein and a California pension fund on Thursday emerged as the buyers of 575 Lexington Avenue, which went on the market earlier this summer. Silverstein and CalSTRS bought the 600,000-square-foot tower for about $400 million, or $667 a foot. CB Richard Ellis marketed the tower. more [Post]
