Major lease coming to 7 World Trade

Probably another five years will pass before another office tower rises at Ground Zero. Until then, 7 World Trade Center will stand as the symbol of Downtown’s slow commercial resurgence. The 52-story tower now commands some of the highest asking rents seen this decade in that area of Manhattan, and it’s filling up with tenants. Moody’s is expected to finalize in the next few days a lease there of 400,000 square feet. more [Sun]
