Tenants decry “Developer of the Year”

Tenants of some of buildings run by Larry Gluck of Stellar Management are none too pleased that their landlord is expected to receive the “Developer of the Year” award from the Associated Builders and Owners of Greater New York. Upset that Gluck has purchased several buildings and subsequently removed them from city’s Mitchell-Lama subsidy program, which controls rents, angry tenants plan to award him thier own, self-fashioned “Community Destroyer of the Year” award. more [Metro]
