Downtown “really, really hot”

Law firm Labaton Sucharow & Rudoff will move its offices from the corner of Park Avenue and 41st Street to a 70,000 square-foot space Downtown at 140 Broadway. The Post’s Steve Cuozzo says the move is yet another sign that Downtown is “really, really hot.” Also this week: a security firm moves to DUMBO and Athlete’s Foot moves its headquarters to the city. more [NYP]
