Brooklyn eminent domain plan moves forward

Owners of properties planned to be demolished to make way for developer Bruce Ratner’s massive Atlantic Yards project have been served with papers instructing them to either mount a legal challenge to the seizure of their properties by eminent domain or to vacate.
