Steiner Equities is building a luxury condo called 80 Met on the site of the former Old Dutch Mustard building in Williamsburg. The firm purchased the 127,000-square-foot site last year for $25 million and quickly demolished the long-vacant factory. Construction on the first phase of 80 Met will bring 124 units to the market, according to Doug Steiner, president of Steiner Equities. The scope of the second phase of the project is still unclear, said Steiner, but it will likely result in around 50 additional units. The development will include a mix of standard apartment layouts as well as townhouses, and it will have an indoor pool. more By Gabby Warshawer
