Giant Lincoln Square Synagogue a go

Space for new facilities for the Lincoln Square Synagogue has finally been found after a five year search. The synagogue, at 200 Amsterdam Avenue on 69th Street, will swap its current parcels and air rights for a 12,000-square-foot parcel owned by American Continental Properties Inc. The ACP land is 100 feet away from the synagogue’s present location, and ACP has agreed to pay for the majority of construction costs associated with the new synagogue.
