Armani sews up former Boss space

Designer Giorgio Armani has leased more than 40,000 square feet at 717 Fifth Avenue, the former site of a Hugo Boss store. When it opens in spring 2008, the Armani store will use some of the space for a restaurant. The 15-year deal was worth $250 million, according to reports.
