Sales close on Boerum Hill’s 14 Townhouses

Twelve down, two to go. Sales are about to close on the last two homes in Boerum Hill’s 14 Townhouses development, according to Abby Hamlin, president of Hamlin Ventures. Hamlin co-developed the row of single-family residences with Time Equities. The closings mark the end of the first phase of the developers’ $300 million Downtown Brooklyn project.
