15 Union Square West’s facelift

Renovation work at 15 Union Square West is revealing some of the cast iron façde that adorned the exterior of the Tiffany & Company building when it was constructed in 1870. Brack Capital Real Estate USA bought the seven-story, 81,000-square-foot building from Amalgamated Bank late last year and is updating the structure in order to convert it into luxury residential condominiums with high-end retail.
