A sprawling penthouse at one of the city’s most in-demand addresses appears to have sold at a loss. Jack Silver recently let go of his 6,511-square-foot duplex on the 76th floor of the Time Warner Center for $19.5 million, according to public records. Silver, who founded investment fund SIAR Capital, purchased the 80 Columbus Circle condo for $24 million in 2005. The penthouse is one of the largest units at the Time Warner Center’s Residences at the Mandarin Oriental, and the view from the condo is said to encompass most of Central Park. more By Gabby Warshawer
