Stonehenge buys on the UES
Stonehenge Management closed on the purchase an Upper East Side building today and plans to change its name. The 91-unit rental building at 330 East 63rd Street will be called Stonehenge 63. The terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it likely ran upwards of $20 million, the sum the building sold for in early 2006. more By Lauren Elkies
