Towering prices on East 86th St.

Two high-rise luxury condos planned for East 86th Street–Extell’s Lucida on Lexington and Related’s Brompton on Third Avenue–will be completed next year, and sales at one underscore the strong interest for new inventory on the Upper East Side. The Lucida has sold 69 percent of its units since beginning sales less than two months ago, with prices averaging almost $2,000 a square foot.
