City pursues Bronx site

It’s not for sale, but that hasn’t stopped determined city officials from launching an environmental review of an 8.9-acre Bronx site that would house a 911 emergency call center. Hutch Realty Partners, the landowner, refused to sell to the city earlier this year. City officials have said they were considering using eminent domain to acquire the site, located in the northern part of the Hutchinson Metro Center office park.
