Fillmore increases listings by nearly 50 percent

As reported Monday by The Real Deal, the Brooklyn-based agency Fillmore has purchased 1,400 of Foxtons listings for $110,000. Fillmore also hired 15 of its brokers, with plans to hire up to 50 more in the next two weeks. The move has increased Fillmore’s listings by nearly 50 percent, to 4,400, and increased its agents by 8 percent, to 650.
